2.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2.4 You may not create multiple accounts or use another person's account without authorization.

3.1 Influencer Haven provides a marketplace platform that connects influencers with brands for marketing collaborations.

3.2 We facilitate communication, payment processing, and campaign management but are not a party to agreements between influencers and brands.

3.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time.

3.4 We do not guarantee the availability of specific influencers, brands, or campaign opportunities.

4.1 You must provide accurate information about your audience demographics, engagement rates, and content capabilities.

4.2 You must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC guidelines for sponsored content disclosure.

4.3 You must deliver campaign content according to agreed-upon timelines and specifications.

4.4 You may not engage in fraudulent activities, including fake followers or engagement manipulation.

4.5 You must maintain appropriate content standards and avoid posting harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

5.1 You must provide clear campaign requirements, deliverables, and compensation terms.

5.2 You must pay agreed-upon compensation within specified timeframes.

5.3 You must not request content that violates platform policies or applicable laws.

5.4 You must provide necessary brand assets and guidelines for campaign execution.

6.1 Influencer Haven charges platform fees for facilitating campaigns and processing payments.

6.2 All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

6.3 Platform fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6.4 You are responsible for any applicable taxes on earnings or payments.

7.1 Influencers retain ownership of their original content unless otherwise agreed upon.

7.2 Brands may use campaign content according to agreed-upon licensing terms.

7.3 You may not use content from other users without proper authorization.

7.4 Influencer Haven retains rights to use anonymized data for platform improvement and analytics.

You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
• Use the Platform for spam, phishing, or other malicious activities
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Violate intellectual property rights of others

9.1 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

9.2 We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or platform policies.

9.3 Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, but these Terms will continue to apply to completed transactions.

10.1 The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10.2 We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of content posted by users.

10.3 We do not guarantee the success of campaigns or the accuracy of influencer metrics.

10.4 Our liability is limited to the amount of platform fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Influencer Haven, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
